Design and implementation of CAS (Computerized Accounting System) for electric energy utility services of Kosova Electric Corporation (KEK).

A complete turn key project, covering two power plants Kosova A and Kosova B,two mines in Bardh and Mirash and tools production factory Kosovamont  Software solution is based on MS SQL2000 server system over distributed databases.  This project consists of design and implementation of WAN and LAN over whole system, supply with all hardware components as well as software package including:

  • General Ledger, 
  • Human Resources, 
  • Management Package, 
  • Payroll, Fixed Assets, 
  • Treasury, 
  • Account Payable, 
  • Account receivable, 
  • Customer Care.

    This project was carried out in cooperation with Italian company “DATAMAT” (www.datamat.it) and funded by EAR (European Agency for Reconstruction).

    Official provisional acceptance of the system is performed by client – EAR, in June 2003 and the project will be closed after expiration of maintenance period at December of 2004;
